An Ordinance providing that members of the Police Department of the City of Georgetown shall wear uniforms during the hours they are assigned to duty as patrolmen, and also prohibiting them from indulging in intoxicating liquors when on duty, and providing that they shall not visit saloons during the hours they are on duty unless upon official business.
