An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown, to improve First Avenue South from the north line of the Eli B. Maple's Donation Claim to the north bank of the Duwamish River, also Commercial Street from the east line of First Avenue South to the Westerly line of Charleton Avenue by constructing a five (5) inch plank roadway twelve (12) feet in width along 3ach side thereof, leaving a space nine 99) feet on each side of the center line that will be unplanked.
