An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Rainier Avenue along the westerly side thereof between a point 179 feet northerly from the north line of Jefferson Street to the center line of Englewood Street by constructing a nine (9) foot Cement Walk thereon, and a nine (9) foot wooden walk along the said westerly line of Rainier Avenue from the center line of Englewood Street to the North City limits, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
