An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue in the City of Georgetown, by constructing a cement walk nine (9) feet in width along the westerly line thereof from a point 179 feet northerly from the north line of Jefferson Street to the center line of Englewood Street, and a wooden walk nine (9) feet in width along the west line of Rainier Avenue from the center line of Englewood Street to the north city limits, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 48.
