Ordinance 488, 1909-10-25

An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve East Howard Street from the east end of the East Howard Street viaduct to the west line of Nora Ave. and Nora Avenue from the center line of East Howard Street to the south line of Vancouver Street by constructing a plank roadway sixteen (16) feet in width, eight (8) feet on each side of the center line thereof between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
