Ordinance 489, 1909-10-25

An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local improvement bonds for the improvement of Roosevelt Avenue between the north line of Swift Avenue and the Alley North of Fred E. Sander's Acre Tracts; Swift Avenue between the west line of Randolph Avenue and the easterly line of Sander Avenue; Meade Street between the east line of Roosevelt Avenue and the west line of Nora Avenue and the west line of Wellington Avenue; Sander Avenue between the northeasterly line of Swift Avenue and the east line of Wellington Avenue; Randolph Avenue between the north line of Colvin Avenue and the south line of East Delaware Street; Jones Street between the east line of East Delaware Street; Jones Street between the east line of Beaumont Avenue and the east line of Wellington Avenue; Wellington Avenue between the north line of Colvin Avenue and the north line of East Delaware Street; Beaumont Avenue between the south line of Jones Street and the south line of Van Asselt & Gritman's Addition to Georgetown; in the City of Georgetown, and fixing the denomination of the bonds and the interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to the contractors contracting the improvement in payment thereof.
