An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue South, in the City of Georgetown, from the north line of the Eli B. Maple's Donation Claim to the north bank of the Duwamish River, also Commercial Street from the east line of First Avenue South to the westerly line of Charleston Avenue by constructing a five (5) inch plank roadway twenty-four (24) feet in width along the Center Line thereof and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 47.
