An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of Roosevelt Avenue in the City of Georgetown from the North line of Charles S. Johnson's Addition to the City of Georgetown to the North City limits over and across Tracts 11, 48, and 53 of the unrecorded plat of Beacon Hill Garden Tracts, also over and across Tracts 5, 6, 7, and eight of Bay View Garden Homes, and across certain unplatted tracts in the L.M. Collins Donation Claim, and establishing a grade on said street and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose, and for an assessment upon the property benefited, and for the purpose of making such compensation.
