Ordinance 510, 1909-12-20

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Howard St. in the City of Georgetown from the east end of the East Howard St. viaduct to the west line of Nora Avenue, and Nora Avenue from the center line of East Howard Street to the south line of Vancouver St. by constructing a plank roadway sixteen (16) feet in width, eight (8) feet on each side of the center line thereof, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 49.
