An Ordinance authorizing and empowering Robert M. Jones , his heirs, associates, assigns, successors or executors to erect, maintain and operate gas, electric light and power works, and to lay down pipes for the supply and distribution of heating and illuminating gas; and to construct, maintain and operate equipment and apparatus for an underground electrical system, and to erect and maintain poles, wires, and appurtenances for the distribution of electric light, heat, and power in, over, and under the streets, alleys and public places of the City of Georgetown, Washington.
