An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of a projection of the street southeasterly of and adjoining Block One (1) of Sprague's Addition to the City of Seattle, otherwise known as Nora Avenue extended, and establishing a grade on said street, and providing for the taking and damaging of land or other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for the said purpose, and for an assessment on the property benefited, and for the purpose of making such compensation.
