An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Colorado Avenue and Howard Street between a point 50 feet East of the East line of Bishop Street and the North City Limits, by sidewalking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
