An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve East Howard Street from a point eighty seven and 8/10 (87.8) feet west of the intersection of Front Street and East Howard Street to Nora Avenue; Baker County Road from East Howard Street to Charleston Avenue; Delaware Street from Charleston Avenue to Nora Avenue; Vancouver Street from Charleston Avenue to the East line of L.M. Collins Donation Claim; Wright Street from Charleston Avenue to Grand Avenue; Sidney Street from Charleston Avenue to Grand View Avenue; Shelton Street from Charleston Street to Nora Avenue; Olympia Street from Charleston Avenue to Grand View Avenue; Chico Street from Charleston Avenue to Nora Avenue; Alaska Street from Charleston Avenue to Nora Avenue; Front Street from East Howard Street to Delaware Street; Grand View Avenue from East Howard Street to Charleston Avenue; Charleston Avenue from Baker County Road to an intersection with the north line of E.B. Maple's Donation Claim produced east; and the easterly twenty-seven (27) feet of Charleston Avenue, from an intersection with the north line of E.B. Maple's D.C. produced east to the North City Limits, by grading, guttering and sidewalking the same and to assess the cost the construction of said improvement.
