An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of Georgetown to improve Rainier Avenue in the City of Georgetown, between a point opposite the southwest corner of Block 1, Sprague's Addition and the South line of Englewood Street produced by paving and curbing the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
