An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Colorado Avenue and Howard Street in the City of Georgetown, by sidewalking the same between a point fifty (50) feet east of the east line of Bishop Street and Junction Street, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expenses and establishing Local Improvement District No. 51.
