An Ordinance approving the amended assessment roll of Local Improvement No. 47 for the improvement of First Avenue South and a part of Commercial Street in the City of Georgetown, from the north line of Eli B. Maple's Donation Claim to the north bank of Duwamish, also Commercial Street from the east line of First Avenue South to the westerly line of Charleston Avenue, by constructing a five inch (5) plank roadway, twenty-four (24) feet in width along the center thereof, under Ordinance No. 491 and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land part thereof shown on said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
