An ordinance prohibiting boys or girls under the age of eighteen years from being abroad upon the streets, alleys or public grounds in the Town of South Park, after the hour of nine o'clock p. m., from April first to October first in any year, or after eight o'clock p. m. of the balance of the year, and prescribing penalties therefor.
