An ordinance providing for the improvement of Donovan Avenue, from the east margin of South Sixth Street, to a point directly north of the east side of Lot Twelve (12) in Block Twenty-four (24) South Park, and College Avenue from the east margin of South Eighth Street to the west margin of Washington Boulevard; also South Eighth Street from the north margin of South Park Avenue, to the south margin of Caledonia Avenue; also Cloverdale Avenue from the west margin of South Eleventh Street to the east margin of South Eighth Street, all in the Town of South Park, Washington, by grading the same, and providing for the assessment of a portion of the cost therefore against the abutting property.
