An ordinance providing for the improvement of South Sixth Street, in South Park, Washington, from the south side of Cloverdale Avenue to the north side of the county road, opposite Block 4 in South Park, by changing the channel of the creek thereon, erecting bulkheads, and grading said street; and providing for the assessment of a part of the expense therefor against the abutting property.
