An ordinance providing for the improvement of Valley Road, from the north line of the alley dividing South and River Parks to the center line of South Tenth Street, also Donovan Avenue, from a point directly south of the east line of Lot 12, Block 24, South Park Addition, to Valley Road, all in South Park, by grading the same; providing for the assessment of the expense therefor and authorizing the Clerk to advertise for bids to do the same.
