An ordinance approving the assessment roll for the improvement of South Sixth Street in South Park, Washington, by changing the channel of the creek thereon, erecting bulkheads and grading the said street; and assessing a portion of the cost thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
