An ordinance providing for the improvement of Gowan Lane, from the center of Aberfeldy Avenue to the east marginal line of South 6th Street; also South 6th Street, from the north marginal line of Gowan Lane to the north marginal line of Cloverdale Avenue, all in South Park, Washington, by planking the same, and providing for the assessment of the expense therefor and authorizing the Clerk to advertise for bids to do the same.
