An ordinance providing for the improvement of Valley Road from a point opposite the residence of Mike Kelly, and described by stakes; thence north 200 feet more or less, to a point described by stakes, all in South Park, by changing said roadway from off private property to its proper location, by grading and graveling same, and providing for the assessment of the expense therefor, and authorizing the Clerk to advertise for bids to do the same.
