An ordinance providing for the improvement of Valley Road from the west marginal line of Tenth Avenue to the west marginal line of Eleventh Avenue, all in the Town of South Park, by changing said roadway from off private property to its proper location, by grading same and moving sidewalks, and providing for the assessment of the expense therefor, and authorizing the Clerk to advertise for bids to do the same.
