Abstract

An ordinance granting to The Independent Telephone Company of Seattle, Washington, its successors and assigns, the right to lay and maintain underground conduits and wires and to construct necessary manholes, make house connections, and to erect poles and thereon to fasten wires on the streets and alleys, and to operate a telephone and telegraph system in the Town of South Park, State of Washington.
