An ordinance providing for the improvement of Washington Boulevard from the south margin of Cloverdale (Ave.) to the alley between Donovan and Sunset (Ave.), also Sixth Street from the north margin of Cloverdale to the north side of the street so called County Road, opposite Block 4 in South Park, also said street or so-called County Road going west from the county line, also Valley Road from the east margin of Tenth Street 250 feet or more southeast on Valley Road, by grading, draining and hauling on rock and put said streets or roads in good condition and providing for the assessment therefor against the abutting property.
