An Ordinance vacating certain portions of Railroad Avenue and Maine Street in the Town of West Seattle and providing for the dedication in lieu thereof by the Seattle & San Francisco Railway & Navigation Company of a public highway 100 feet in width through Block 71 of the Third Plat of West Seattle and Blocks 443 and 444 of Seattle Tide Lands.
