Abstract
An Ordinance providing for the improvement of California Avenue, in the Town of West Seattle, between the south line of Spruce Street and the southerly limits of the Town of West Seattle, by grading the same, and providing for the payment therefor under the provisions of Ordinance No. 63 of said town, approved on the 4th day of August, 1903.
