An Ordinance providing for the erection, improvement and repair and the furnishing of supplies or material for certain public work in the Town of West Seattle when the expenditure for the same exceeds the sum of one hundred dollars, prescribing the method of calling for bids and the letting of contracts therefor, and repealing Ordinance No. 64, entitled "An Ordinance providing for the letting of contracts for the improvement and repairing streets, sidewalks, alleys, squares and other public highways and places within the Town of West Seattle," passed and approved August 4, 1903.
