An Ordinance fixing the rate of interest upon all warrants of the City of West Seattle presented for payment and not paid for want of funds, prescribing the duties of the City Treasurer when warrants are presented for payment and the funds upon which the same are drawn do not contain sufficient monies with which to pay the same, and providing for the calling of all such outstanding warrants.
