An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 102, entitled, "An Ordinance to prohibit cows, pigs, sheep, goats and calves running at large within the limits of the City of West Seattle from and after the first day of April 1905, providing for the impounding and sale of such animals found running at large from and after such date, and providing a penalty for the violation thereof."
