An Ordinance vacating all that portion of Sunset Avenue from the south line of Cedar Street, produced west, on the south, to the west line of Ewing or Haller Avenue, on the north; also vacating all of that certain street, un-named, lying to the west of said Sunset Avenue and running between Lot 1, of Block 23, and Lot 65, of Block 24; also vacating all that certain alley situate, lying and being between Blocks 17 and 22; all of which as shown upon the official plat of West Seattle Park, an addition lying and being whooly within the corporate limits of the Town of West Seattle, in King County, State of Washington, as the said plat is filed and recorded in the office of the Auditor of said King County; and vesting all the right, title, estate and interest of said City of West Seattle and of the general public in and to the lands embraced within said streets and alley in the owners of the property abutting thereon.
