Abstract
An Ordinance providing for the grading, grubbing, guttering, repairing, paving, repaving, planking, replanking of streets or other improvements thereof authorized by law within the City of West Seattle, and providing for the levying and collection of assessments therefor, upon the property benefitted thereby, and the issuance of bonds in payment thereof, payable in installments as provided by law.
