Abstract

An Ordinance creating an indebtedness against the City of West Seattle, Washington, in the sum of Nine Thousand (9000) Dollars, for the purpose of installing an electric lighting, power plant and equipment for said City, to be owned and controlled by said City, specifying and adopting a plan or system therefor and declaring the estimated cost thereof, as near as may be; providing for the borrowing of said sum of Nine Thousand (9000) Dollars for such purpose by issuing and selling the negotiable general municipal coupon bonds of said City therefor, incase three fifths of the voters of said City voting at a special election held for that purpose shall thereby assent to such issue an sale thereof, and for the calling of a special election of the submitting to the qualified electors of said City the ratification or rejection of said plan and system of electric lighting system so adopted, and the creation of said indebtedness and the issuance of said bonds therefor.
