An Ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 120 entitled "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of California Avenue, in the City of West Seattle, between the center line of Spruce Street and the center line of South Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading and parking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements included within the improvement district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense, and establishing Local Improvement District No. 1.
