An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 1, for the improvement of California Avenue in the City of West Seattle between the center line of Spruce Street and the center line of South Street by clearing, grubbing, grading and parking the same between said points and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
