An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of West Seattle, to improve the following streets: Spruce Street from the East line of Prospect Avenue 370 feet East Home Street from Spruce Street to Occident Avenue. Harrison Street from Home Street to Prospect Avenue. Prospect Avenue from center line of Elm Street to center line of Prince Street. Whittlesey Street from Prospect Avenue to California Avenue. Occident Avenue from East line of Home Street to East line of Prospect Avenue. By clearing, grubbing, grading and parking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvements.
