Ordinance 132, 1906-04-22

An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue Local Improvement Bonds for the improvement of California Avenue, between the center line of Spruce Street, and the center line of South Street, in the City of West Seattle, by clearing, grubbing, grading, and parking the same, between said points, under Ordinance No. 120, creating Local Improvement District No. 1, prescribing the rate of interest thereon, and authorizing their delivery to John Goodfellow, in payment of the costs thereof.
