An Ordinance providing for the sale and conveyance to The Seattle Electric Company, its successors and assigns, for the sum of Thirty Thousand $30,000) Dollars, of the line of Street Railway now owned by the City of West Seattle, together with the power house lots, power house and all other structures, rights and easements composing the municipal Street Railway plant of said City, and submitting such sale and conveyance for ratification or rejection to the qualified voters of the City of West Seattle at a special election to be held on the 6th day of October, A. D. 1906.
