Abstract

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue in the City of West Seattle, between the northerly limits of Louisiana Street and the southerly limits of Marshal Street, by grading, piling and planking the same between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property benefitted by the construction of said improvements, included within the hereinafter improvement district established, and providing for the payment of said costs and expense in establishing Local Improvement District No. No. 3 in accordance with Ordinance No. 149, of the City Council of the City of West Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds" as provided by an Act of the legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An Act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for and declaring an emergency," approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 119 of said City, approved October the 9, 1905.
