Abstract

An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of West Seattle, to order the improvement of the following streets, to-wit: Home Street from the Southerly line of Spruce Street to the Northerly line of Occident Avenue; Harrison Street from the Easterly line of Prospect Avenue to the Westerly line of Home Street; Prospect Avenue from the Northerly line of Prince Street to the Southerly line of Elm Street; Whittlesey Street from the Easterly line of California Avenue to the Westerly line of Prospect Avenue; Occident Avenue from the Easterly line of Prospect Avenue to the Westerly line of Home Street; California Avenue from the Southerly line of Spruce Street to the Northerly line of South Street, by constructing concrete sidewalks, in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, and to assess the costs thereof to the abutting property and property benefited by the construction of said improvement between said points.
