Ordinance 162, 1906-12-10
Abstract
An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the following streets in the City of West Seattle, to-wit: Home Street, from the Southerly line of Spruce Street to the northerly line of Occident Avenue. Harrison Street, from the Easterly line of Prospect Avenue to the Westerly line of Home Street. Prospect Avenue, from the Northerly line of Prince Street to the Southerly line of Elm Street. Whittlesey Street, from the Easterly line of California Avenue to the Westerly line of Prospect Avenue Occidental Avenue, from the Easterly line of Prospect Avenue to the Westerly Home Street. California Avenue, from the Southerly line of Spruce Street to the Northerly line of South Street. By constructing concrete sidewalks between said points, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property benefited by the construction of said improvements, included within the improved district, and providing for the payment of said cost and expense and establishing Local Improvement District No. 6 in accordance with Ordinance No. 160 of the City of West Seattle and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds" as provided by an Act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An Act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by cities, to pay for Local Improvements, providing for the payment thereof and declaring an emergency," approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 119 of said City approved October 9, 1905.
