An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of West Seattle, to order the improvement of Prince Street, between California Avenue and Prospect Avenue, and Pacific Avenue, between Prince Street and Whittlesey Street, by grading and parking the same and constructing concrete sidewalks in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of said improvements between said points.
