An Ordinance granting to The Seattle Electric Company, its successors and assigns, a franchise to construct, maintain and operate a street railway upon and along certain parts of Louisiana Street, Cascade Avenue and other streets, avenues and places in the City of West Seattle, including the streets, avenues and places along which there is now operated the municipal street railway of the City of West Seattle, this franchise being granted in connection with the sale of said municipal street railway to said company.
