An Ordinance ordering the sale and conveyance to The Seattle Electric Company, its successors and assigns, for the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) of the line of street railway now owned by the City of West Seattle, together with the power house lots, power house and all other structures, right and easements composing the municipal street railway plant of said City, and directing the execution and delivery to said Company of a property instrument of conveyance thereof.
