An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 2, for the improvement of the following streets in the City of West Seattle, to- wit: Home Street, from Spruce Street to Occidental Avenue. Harrison Street, from Home Street to Prospect Avenue. Prospect Avenue, from center line of Elm Street to center line of Prince Street. Whittlesey Street, from Prospect Avenue to California Avenue. Occidental Avenue, from east line of Home Street to east line of Prospect Avenue. By clearing, grubbing, grading and parking the same between said points and to assess the cost thereof to the abutting property and property benefitted by the construction of the said improvement, as shown in the said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
