Abstract

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the following streets, in the City of West Seattle: Prince Street between California Avenue and Prospect Avenue. Pacific Avenue between Prince Street and Whittlesey Street. BY grading and parking the said streets and constructing concrete sidewalks in accordance with the plans prepared by the City Engineer of said City, and to assess the cost for making said improvements, to the abutting property and to the property benefitted by the construction of the said improvements on the above described streets between the points designated thereon, and providing for the payment of the said costs and creating and establishing Local Improvement District No. 7 in accordance with and pursuant to Ordinance No. 164 of the said City of West Seattle and providing for the payment of said local improvements by the method of "Payment by Bonds" according to an Act of the Legislature of the State of Washington entitled "An Act authorizing the issuance and sale of bonds by Cities to pay for local improvements, providing for the payment thereof, and declaring an emergency," approved March 14, 1899, and Ordinance No. 119 of said City, approved October 9, 1905.
