An Ordinance declaring the intention of the City Council of the City of West Seattle, to improve Rainier Avenue, Laurel Street, Maple Street, Grant Street, Edgewood Avenue, Glenwood Avenue and Oak Street and to create a Local Improvement District for that purpose, by grading the said Avenues and Streets according to grades to be established by the City Engineer, and by constructing cement sidewalks thereon, and to assess the costs thereof to the property abutting on the avenues above named, which are hereby proposed to be improved.
