An Ordinance declaring it to be the intention of the City Council of the City of West Seattle, to improve Pacific Avenue between the South line of Prince Street and the North line of South Street, in said City, by opening, clearing, grubbing and grading and parking the same and by constructing cement sidewalks thereon, and to assess the costs and expenses thereof to the property abutting on the said Pacific Avenue, which is hereby proposed to be improved.
