An Ordinance providing for a Special Election to be held in the City of West Seattle for the purpose of submitting to be held in the City of West Seattle for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors residing in the said City, the question whether the City of West Seattle, a Municipal Corporation of the Third Class, shall become annexed to and consolidated with the City of Seattle, a Municipal Corporation of the First Class, according to the provisions of "An Act amending Section 10 of an act entitled "An Act providing for the organization, classifications, incorporation and government of municipal corporations and declaring an emergency, approved March 27. 1890," approved March 16, 1903.
